Please use care with your handmade jewelry. Do not wear in shower or bathe with jewelry on. Remove at the beach or when swimming.For gold or silver jewelry it is best to put the jewelry back into the pouch or box when storing and keep it airtight. This will keep your jewelry looking fresh and help to avoid tarnish . Do not use perfumes,lotions or hairspray on the jewelry. For hand knotted jewelry it is best to keep it lying flat in its pouch. This will ensure that the silk cord does not stretch or sag from hanging. Please keep the gemstones intact by not spraying or applying lotions on them.
If you have a stretch bracelet gently roll it in and off without snapping it. Should your bracelet break, as elastic sometimes does with age please gather up the beads so that you can send them back to me to be restrung. I will restring the beads for you with new elastic at no charge. You only pay the shipping back and forth which can be put in a small padded envelope with minimal postage.
Hand knotted jewelry will have a small fee to restring as it is time-consuming, and labor intensive.
