🚫 Avoid — Do not apply perfumes, lotions, or hairspray to your jewelry. Keep gemstones protected by avoiding sprays and lotions directly on them.

🪢 Hand-Knotted Jewelry — Store lying flat in its pouch to prevent the silk cord from stretching or sagging. Restringing hand-knotted pieces requires a small fee due to the time-consuming and labor-intensive nature of the work.

💟 Stretch Bracelets — Gently roll on and off — never snap the elastic. Should your bracelet break over time, gather the beads and send them back to me. I’ll restring with new elastic at no charge; you only cover the cost of shipping (a small padded envelope with minimal postage does the trick).
