Repair & Restringing Care

For stretch bracelets in your collection, gently roll them on and off without snapping the elastic. If a stretch bracelet breaks, gather the beads and send them back to me. I will restring them with new elastic at no charge; you pay only the shipping both ways. A small padded envelope can help keep postage costs down. Hand-knotted jewelry has a small restringing fee because of the time and labor involved.
